Sonoma Chicken Salad
Refreshing tangy chicken salad with grapes and pecans.

- 1 lb Rotisserie Chicken Breast
- 1 cup Seedless Red Grapes
- 0.5 cup Chopped Pecans
- 1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 1/3 tbsp Onion Powder
- 2 tsp Poppy Seeds
- 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 tsp Honey
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Make the dressing by stirring together the Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, onion powder, poppy seeds, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
Shred the chicken.
Cut the grapes in half.
Chop the pecans.
Mix the dressing, chicken, and pecans together.
Gently stir in the grapes.
